Based in Irvine, California, Access Beverage, Inc., dba Snob
Hill Winery, develops and markets premium branded wine and spirits domestically
and internationally. Among our brands are “fun” wines, including “Le Snoot” and
“Bee’s Knees”, and liquor brands, “Simply RAW Vodka” and “Simply Cocktails,” the
latter being our premium mixed spirits current being poured at high profile events,
venues and clubs in the Los Angeles area.
At Access Beverage, we have developed
and are continuing to develop our own portfolio of premium brands of spirits, wines
and related products. We have developed and launched a commercial suite of premium
wines under the label “Le Snoot” and successfully launched this brand into 35 states.
Access has appointed America’s premier wholesale distributors including: Southern
Wines and Spirits, Young’s Market, Glazer, Charmer, and Republic. These wholesaler
distributors are the largest and most sought after in the alcohol business. The
soon-to-be released suite of wines under the label Bee’s Knees will be launched
in January of 2007, with a target roll-out in the states of California, Arizona,
Nevada, Texas, Virginia, North & South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Our unique
ability to understand and establish emotional ties with the consumer positions Access
Beverage favorably among distributors -- evidenced by the overwhelming response
to the inaugural Le Snoot line.

national distribution with:

Winn Dixie, FL, LA, GA, AL; Whole Foods, FL; Farmer Jacks, MI and Piggly Wiggly, FL, SC & WI. In the spring and first
quarter of 2007 respectively, “Le Snoot” will be available at
Miejers in MI, OH,
IN & IL and Ralph’s, CA. In addition, Access has received the approval by the AAFES
to distribute all current brands on military basis in the US and Internationally.
Top on-premise accounts are purchasing and pouring Le Snoot, including Nic’s in
Beverly Hills, Ocean Avenue Seafood, Slim Pickins, The Hilton Beverly Hills, Pig
and Whistle, and Hogs Breath to name a few.
“Le Snoot” is also proud to be the current
wine served in the Green Room and used for cooking on the Rachael Ray Show, produced by Harpo productions,
and was recently the featured wine at The American Cinematheque
benefit honoring George Clooney.
Other events hosted included: Del Rey Lofts, The
Jaxson House Gallery, Almost Human Halloween Party, Opening of the Fowler Museum
UCLA, Pantagus Theater Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, 2006 Pen USA Awards sponsor, and the Brady Center Charity Event.
In addition to numerous scheduled events throughout
2007, “Le Snoot” wines were poured at the pre-party for the Golden Globes in January
2007.

Commercializing
quality brands through playful, edgy, unique packaging sums up our wine & spirits
divisions. Our brands are designed to appeal to the consumer with integrity and
a sense of fun. Innovation and uncompromising quality precede every decision we
make in building our brands.
Le Snoot, our first product to market, is a suite of
widely popular premium wines with a California appellation. The Le Snoot suite includes
a “Classy Cab,” a “Cheeky Chardonnay,” and a “Merry-Making Merlot,” swathed in labels
depicting the black-tie Snoots and party-piggy citizens of Snob Hill Winery.
Bee’s Knees is a suite of wines with California appellations. The Bee’s Knees suite includes
a “Very Friendly Chardonnay” a “Fresh and Crisp Cabernet,” and a “Blossom in the
Merlot,” swathed in labels of honeycombs, pedals and a buzz-beautiful Bee.
Simply Cocktails comes in two flavor colors, Red and Lime. Simply Red/Lime Cocktails are
molasses vodka with components of blood oranges and/or limes. Simply Red Cocktail
has a taste similar to a “Cosmopolitan”, while the Simply Lime Cocktail is similar
to a “Kamikaze”.
Simply RAW Vodka is the offspring of Belgium’s most successful
new vodka company, Diamond Wodka. The vodka is wheat-based, tripled distilled and
filtered through a unique diamond filtration process. All vodka products are under
a 50% joint ownership with the founder of Diamond Wodka. In addition, Access Beverage
maintains the exclusive license for all current and future Simply products produced
in North America.
Marketing Facts on Fun Brands- Wine Category Wine lovers of America,
are we having fun yet? Apparently the answer is yes, based on the skyrocketing sales
of what many in the wine industry view as the future of wine sales "Fun Brands"
What is a Fun Brand? They are "fun, lifestyle-driven wines for consumers who need
a great wine for social situations but are less concerned with the more traditional
values commonly seen in other wine brands”. 12 Million Case category and the big
companies aren’t even involved yet! All of the releases will be aimed primarily
at the USA market.
Kangaroos, penguins and crocodiles are just some of our animal
friends taking a good run at the wine industry. With the introduction of hundreds
of new wine brands every year, wine marketers realize the need for attention-grabbing
“fun” labels that make an impression on consumers. Many are utilizing what is affectionately
known as the “critter label.”
Perhaps trying to mimic the success of the Yellow
Tail brand, this new wine segment has become increasingly important. Of the 438
new Table Wine brands with sustained consumer sales introduced in the past three
years, 77 – or 18 percent – featured a “critter” on the label.
